monthly support plans

For teams that need ongoing support without the commitment of hiring in-house. Our monthly support plans provide flexible, ongoing support for businesses and organizations that need consistent help without hiring in-house. Hours can be used across marketing, websites, operations, project support, and more based on your team’s needs.

“here and there” support

For businesses that need a small amount of support and commitment, but also need someone who can commit to getting things done.

Hours are generally targeted to one project or deliverable within the given timeframe

Minimum one hour (60 minutes) of support per month, up to three hours
Flexible contracts
Hourly tracking and estimates to ensure the work is being done and delivered
Support can be provided by anyone on the team based on the task and expertise

regular monthly support

For teams that have ongoing support needs in one or more category, but may not have the capacity to hire in-house staff for these projects.

Hours can be used across marketing, websites, operations, project support, and more based on your team’s needs.

Minimum three hours of support per month, up to 15 hours
Flexible contracts
Hourly tracking and estimates to ensure the work is being done and delivered
Support can be provided by anyone on the team based on the task and expertise

growth and scale support

For teams or individuals who need a support partner who is dedicated to helping see their business grow; like an owner, but from the outside.

Hours are focused on meetings, operations, administration, process and project development, and providing support the entrepreneur and their team.

Minimum eight hours of support per month, up to 24 hours
Flexible contracts
Hourly tracking and estimates to ensure the work is being done and delivered
Support is provided by a designated project manager with support from other bvk members
